Frequently Asked Questions

The planter is designed specifically for nursery sowing of vegetable crops including cabbage, tomato, chilli, and onion. Its vacuum suction system handles small to medium-sized seeds with high accuracy, making it ideal for commercial vegetable nurseries and FPO operations.

The machine sows 19 rows simultaneously with 25 holes per row — that’s 475 seeds placed in a single pass. Row-to-row spacing is fixed at 2 inches (50.8 mm), and sowing depth can be adjusted between 0.5 cm to 1.0 cm based on your seed type.

The Pneumatic Nursery Planter runs on a Honda GX80 engine and consumes only 1.5 litres of fuel per acre, making it highly economical for daily nursery operations compared to manual sowing labour costs.

Pneumatic vacuum suction picks one seed at a time and places it precisely, which means accurate seed placement, better germination rates, reduced seed wastage, and significantly lower labour dependency. You also get consistent sowing quality across every tray and every batch — something manual sowing can never guarantee.
